The Education Activities Support Services Unit (USAAE), in line with the overall objective of the University of Minho, reaffirms its commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in the management of its services. In this context, we are proud to report that, on 6 March 2025, the ISO 9001:2015 certification was officially received, with the symbolic handing over of the respective quality flag.
This milestone reflects the recognition of our collective efforts to implement a Quality Management System geared towards the satisfaction of our beneficiaries, the efficiency of our processes and the valorisation of our teams.
We are thus reinforcing our commitment to providing a service that is increasingly consistent, transparent and centred on the needs of the academic community. Together we continue to build a University of excellence, with a view to improving the teaching and learning experience.
