The Government, through the Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education, defined the initiative "Inclusion for Knowledge" as one of the plans for the legislature term, in order to foster the access of citizens with specific needs to higher education and knowledge, considering thus, the creation of conditions to exercise the rights of any member of a democratic and inclusive society.
